Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at 9080259438 or reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number, product details and reason for return. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps within 24–48 hours.
Damaged or Defective Products
Since candles are delicate and handcrafted, we take extra care with packaging. However, if your product arrives damaged, broken or defective during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different variant or fragrance, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If the replacement item is of a higher value, the difference will need to be paid. If lower, the balance will be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — we will collect your bank details securely over WhatsApp or email.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: customized or personalized candles (custom labels, fragrances or packaging), products that have been lit, used or altered, items not in original packaging, and sale or clearance items. These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been dispatched. Since many of our products are handcrafted to order, cancellations after this window may not be possible. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
