Each candle is poured fresh, made specifically for your order, and often personalized in fragrance, shape, or design — which makes cancellations difficult once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video and images, and we will assist you with a replacement where applicable.
