Order Processing
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–4 business days. Since every Candle Castle product is made in small batches, custom and personalized orders may take an additional 1–2 days for preparation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. You will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges may vary for remote or hard-to-reach pincodes.
Packaging & Safety
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition — no spills, no breaks. We use protective cushioning, sturdy boxes and tamper-proof sealing. Gift orders receive extra care with premium wrapping to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking link and courier details. You can track your shipment in real-time using the link provided.
Bulk & Custom Order Shipping

Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
